  Went in for an eyebrow wax, not done well at all. Wax was continually taken off when it was soft. Burnt with hot wax and told that my style of eyebrow wasn't ok, that I needed to let them grow out so I could have a large arch like the beautishion. I continually said that I would just like a shape and that I preferred a natural brow with a small arch. Not a 1980's wide arch style. Had to go home and fix them myself. After my requests were denied. Now 5 days later the hair is growing back as the hair folical was broken not pulled out. Cannot comment on hair cutting or styling. Comfortable surroundings.

  Far from enjoyable experience cost the earth and still didn't get what was asked for and approached the owner as disatisfied she was rude and dismissive... no recommend at all...

  Always a pleasant experience at ZigZag. The staff are professional, friendly and experts in their trade. Yamba's #1 salon in my opinion.
