  My husband spent 4 months in full time care in a place that was supposed to be between 4 and 5 star rating which it certainly was not. He had depression lost 3 kg due to the inferior food and truly hated being there as I couldn't look after him full time anymore. I had to bring him back home but I am also back at work and needed care for him so I contacted a number of care organisations in my area and none came up to par. Imagine my surprise when I contacted David Kirkby and my issues were dealt with professionally, efficiently and effectively and everything fell into place. I didn't have to do a thing, David and Meg put everything in place. I couldn't believe my luck dealing with such efficient people who didn't rest until we arrived at the best outcome. Then the carers when they came - the one word to describe all of them so far is 'exceptional'. They make my husband feel as though they are all part of a big family group. David & Meg have that amazing knack of knowing the business and employing care givers who look at this not as a means of employment but being able to work with their passion which is to give unsurpassed 6 star care. Forget the rest - do yourself and your family a favour and talk to David & Meg before you take on any care for your loved one.

  Due to Home Care Assistance's policy of tender care my mother has had hand massages, foot baths and massages, diversional therapy involving music and art, poetry and encouraging Mum to interact positively.
