  The most unprofessional property managers I have ever come across. No people skills whatsoever. And will do everything in their power or find any tiny thing to take your bond. Over 3 rentals with this agency in the past 8 years and the only three houses I didn't receive ALL of my bond back. Even after professional cleaners had been through the house. Absolutely disgusting.

  I have dealt with Yamba Iluka real estate many times over the years, with buying, selling and renting. They are an extremely professional team with many years experience in what they do, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is a stress free as possible. I would highly recommend dealing with this real estate. Thank you for helping me in the tough times too. Much appreciated.

  Very disappointed with this crowd. We have book accommodation for easter via them. We received multiple emails stating that the total price was $1,900 so we happily paid the deposit of $1160.33. After they received the deposit we then received another email stating that we had to pay an additional $210.33 in booking fees. There was no mention of the booking fee throughout the booking process. So we asked, could they wave the fee seeing as there has been no mention of it until after the we paid the deposit? The answer was NO. Ok we said, then we want a refund and cancel our booking, again NO because its within two months of the booking!! These guys are seriously taking the piss. Check you booking thoroughly if you use these guys!
